This beautiful hotel was a renovation project in Connaught place, New Delhi. The existing structure had no representation of the surrounding colonial richness in any part of the design. We used the inspiration of colonial architectural forms in a contemporary setting throughout the property. The lighting, fabrics, and colours were all inspired by the same era. The whole hotel is an original design that combines colonialism in a contemporary translation. The hotel stands as a revelation in architecture that combines the beauty of the classical architecture of the colonial period with modern design elements.
