This hotel is a city business hotel. It showcases the grandeur and luxury as per the brand guidelines with the statement colours of the brand- Holiday Inn. The form of this hotel is elliptical, hence the curves have a strong influence on the design as well as the interiors. This hotel’s spatial planning is of significant importance. The entryway leads into a lobby which is connected to a 55 feet atrium. The lobby allows space to see a coffee show at a lower level. It is a genuine play with levels that leaves the guests in a state of wonder. The theme of Tech Park has been carried throughout the building. The leaf of the theme park can be seen in many parts of the hotel. The lights, as well as the carpet on the lobby both, carry the same leaf pattern.
